Delicious!...didn't know just how nice brown rice and puy lentils could be together. Next time I will add mint...(did not have any) and I am sure it will be even better. OK. to cheese from grass fed cows. OK.to ORGANIC EGGS and I'm definitely on a GLUTEN FREE diet for the rest of my life if i can help it. Don't want to kill my food with the burner heat.
