Superfruit Smoothie
Here is the recipe for the Superfruit Smoothie that we made for the country house brunch this past weekend.

Superfruit Smoothie
Serves 4

1 cup blueberries (frozen)
1 cup raspberries (frozen)
2 kiwifruits (peeled)
2 oranges (peeled)
oat milk
1 tsp cinnamon
0,5 tsp cardamom
1 tbsp linseed oil

Put the fruit in a blender and pour oat milk until it covers the fruit. Add the spices and linseed oil and blend. Pour into glasses and garnish with cinnamon.

    Ser onekligen fantastiskt ut! Denna smoothie ska provas asap! På tal om smoothies, många smoothie-barer samt många smoothie recept inkluderar även proteinpulver i olika former och färger för att göra smoothien "nyttigare", vad är eran åsikt om detta? Tycker själv att det låter ganska onödigt förutsatt att man inte idrottar på elitnivå. Om det ens behövs då... Hur som haver, tack för en fantastisk sida och grymma recept! I used Kenwood until now but been not very happy with it, so consider buying a new one... does it have to be Vitamix, Blendtec or you would recommend yours?! Thank you! All the best!

  • Hey Carol! We buy oat milk in our normal grocery store, actually we buy and use all kind of different plant milks ... :) If you can't find it in a normal store you should try a health food store. Hope you'll find it! /Luise.
